Plans & Pricing

TinyOps offers four plans to match your team’s needs. All plans include the visual rule builder, YAML editor, and all integrations.

Check Your Current Plan

Your current plan and usage are shown at Settings → Billing in the dashboard. Usage meters for rules, executions, and integrations are visible on the billing page. If you are hitting a limit, check the plan comparison below to see what the next tier offers.

Annual billing is available for Pro, Team, and Business plans. Annual plans save the equivalent of two months per year.

Plan Limits in Detail

Execution Limits

Execution counts reset daily at midnight UTC. If you hit your daily limit, scheduled rules and webhook-triggered rules will be queued until the next day. Manual executions from the dashboard are also subject to the limit.

Team Member Limits

Your team member count includes both active members and pending invitations. For example, if you’re on the Pro plan (3 members max) with 2 active members and 1 pending invite, you cannot send another invitation until the pending invite is accepted or expires.

What “Unlimited” Means

On Team and Business plans, limits marked as “Unlimited” have no enforced cap. TinyOps reserves the right to contact organizations with exceptionally high usage to discuss dedicated infrastructure, but there are no automatic throttles or blocks.

Upgrading Your Plan

Go to billing settings

Navigate to Settings → Billing in the dashboard.

Click Upgrade or Manage Billing

If you’re on the Free plan, click Upgrade to Pro. If you’re on a paid plan, click Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal.

Select your new plan

In the Stripe portal, choose your desired plan and billing interval (monthly or annual).

Payment processed

Your new plan takes effect immediately. Upgraded limits apply right away. Stripe prorates the charge for the remainder of your current billing period.

Downgrading Your Plan

Open the Stripe portal

Navigate to Settings → Billing and click Manage Billing.

Select a lower plan

Choose the plan you want to downgrade to.

Review what changes

Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your current plan remains active until then.

Downgrade Impact

If your organization exceeds the new plan’s limits after downgrade, excess resources become read-only. For example, if you downgrade from Team (unlimited members) to Pro (3 members), members beyond the limit will have read-only access until the team size is reduced.

ResourceBehavior when over limit
Team membersMembers beyond the limit get read-only access. Remove members or upgrade to restore full access.
RulesExisting rules are preserved but cannot be edited or created until you are under the limit.
IntegrationsExisting integrations remain connected but new ones cannot be added.
PoliciesExisting policies remain active but new ones cannot be created.

Payment and Billing

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Payment methods, invoices, and billing history are managed in the Stripe customer portal (accessible via Settings → Billing → Manage Billing)
  • Failed payments enter a grace period. See your billing settings for current payment status
  • Only the owner role can access billing settings. See Roles & Permissions for details
